The 20^th Anniversary Congress of ICLEI, the leading global association of local governments for a sustainable future, provided the opportunity to address the most pressing issues for future-oriented urban development and management. The themes forming the core of presentations and debates included: Eco-efficiency: more with less; Resilience: stability through flexibility; Green economy: prosperity through change; Happiness: well-being as wealth. It is hoped that the presentations and debates will facilitate the exchange of ideas about guiding local governments towards a sustainable future for their cities. Outcomes from the congress, held in Incheon, Korea on 3-7 October 2010, are available online, including presentations, messages and details of the launch of ICLEI’s  Incheon Eco-efficiency Challenge.
