The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has launched a consultation exercise on potential future design and sustainability core standards. The HCA sees such standards as a vital part of delivering our commitment to be at the forefront of good design quality and sustainability in housing. The process presents the start of an important opportunity to bring together legacy approaches to funding and regeneration, whilst continuing to consider internal environments, sustainability and the importance of urban design. Comments are requested by 17 June 2010.
