The3 Counties Alliance Partnership (3CAP), comprising the three county councils of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and consultants Scott Wilson, has published the outcomes of a project which was undertaken to assess the effect of climate change on their highways construction and maintenance.
